Historian, archaeologist and entrepreneur born in Marbella in 1974. He is currently a member of the executive committee of the Malaga Confederation of Businessmen CEM and president of the Andalusian Clúster Marítimo-Marino.
Noriega will bring attendees closer to the latest great underwater discoveries in the world that have amazed the planet (the Endurance shipwreck in Antarctica). He will also tell about the opportunities that exist in underwater Andalusia, with the battle of Trafalgar.
